Job Summary: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience throughout the home buying process, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded, and maximizing profit for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of property presentation and the entire sales process.
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams from initial contact to sale completion.
* Promote the use of recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to facilitate efficient transactions.
* Complete all administrative and reporting tasks in line with company policies.
* Conduct market research, advertising, and marketing activities to generate sales leads.
* Proactively seek out potential customers, create appointments, and follow up on leads.
* Introduce customers to their new homes, ensure familiarization, and provide aftercare post-move-in.
* Maintain health and safety standards on-site for all parties.
* Adhere to company procedures and standards of performance.
Work Schedule: The role requires regular weekend and bank holiday work.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in sales within the housing industry.
* Strong self-management skills.
* Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
* Proficiency in computer literacy.
* Full driving license and own vehicle.
