The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Executive to cover the Oxford and Thames Valley region. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing expert guidance on our full suite of fire and security solutions – including fire detection, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients across the region
* Conduct site surveys and assessments to recommend appropriate solutions
* Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and product developments
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven sales experience in Fire & Security or a closely related technical field
* A consultative sales approach with strong negotiation and communication skills
* Self-motivated, with excellent territory planning and time management
* Full UK driving licence
