All team members are actively involved in directly supporting the business, with close and daily contact with Trading, Risk, Marketing and Middle Office teams.

About the Team:
We are responsible for developing both in-house and third-party systems that support and manage our trading operations. Our team provides solutions across various business functions; handling bookings, valuations, risk management, and P&L systems and workflows. We work closely with trading, risk, marketing, operations, and compliance teams, interfacing with every area of the business.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
* Have 1+ years of experience of developing in an OOP language (C#, python, etc).
* Be pragmatic and flexible in their approach.
* Be an analytical and logical problem solver.
* Be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Be genuinely interested in the challenges of working in a dynamic trading environment.
* Be part of a support rota that all members of the team, including management, actively participate in.
* DevOps - knowledge of containers, CI and CD, test-first development, and cloud.
* Exposure to micro-services and/or micro frontend architectures.
