Internal Recruiter - Full-Time or Part-Time Options Available
Location: Harrow on the Hill, London
Salary: £22,500 - £35,000 (Pro-rated for part-time) + OTE + Benefits

What You'll Do:
* Develop and execute our candidate attraction strategy, focusing on both junior and senior hires.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and managing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Collaborate with management to ensure clear communication and alignment across the business.
* Serve as a business partner, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our recruitment processes.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 12 months of experience as an agency recruitment consultant.
* Proven ability to effectively manage candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Highly organised, with the capability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in recruiting both graduates and experienced professionals.
