Perfect Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Customer Service Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic and collaborative Support and Service Desk team and play a key role in shaping customer experience and operational excellence.

About the Role
This is a senior leadership position with real influence. As Customer Service Manager, youll be responsible for the end:to:end performance of the support function - ensuring outstanding service delivery, efficient processes, and a strong customer:first culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, developing, and motivating a team of support professionals (including analysts, first:line support, and outsourced partners)
- Managing day:to:day operations and customer escalations
- Implementing and enhancing service standards, tools, and processes
- Building long:term relationships with customers through consistent, high:quality interactions
- Contributing to senior leadership decisions and reporting on key performance indicators
- Identifying additional revenue opportunities through services outside of existing contracts

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and experienced leader who brings both strategic insight and a hands:on approach.
You'll bring:
- At least 3 years of experience managing a support or service delivery team
- A solid background in software or technical environments - ideally within the wholesale sector
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding service SLAs
You'll be someone who:
- Leads by example and inspires performance
- Builds trusted relationships across teams and with customers
- Champions continuous improvement and service excellence
- Understands and loves effective processes

Your Skills Toolkit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing a team of 5:10 people
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (ideally in the supply chain space)
- Proficient with ticketing tools, POS systems, Office 365, and more
- Skilled at prioritising, decision:making, and team coaching
