The role
As an HR Officer you will play a key role in delivering an effective and responsive HR service across our Trust and its schools. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in human resources within a growing and supportive organisation.
Responsibilities
* Managing day‑to‑day HR administration.
* Supporting the HR advisor and HR director in the development of HR systems and processes.
* Providing guidance and support to senior leaders and stakeholders on a range of HR matters.
* Developing experience in employee relations casework, including supporting and attending absence reviews.
* Building strong working relationships across the Trust.
* Ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and handling sensitive, confidential information with confidence.
Qualifications
* Approachable, organised, and an effective communicator.
* Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
