The Role
We're looking for a determined and motivated Internal Recruiter to manage our full end-to-end recruitment process - ensuring we attract and appoint high-quality candidates who align with our values and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval to offer stage
* Source candidates across job boards, social media, and sector networks
* Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
* Develop new recruitment channels and partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organisations
* Attend career fairs and recruitment open days
* Ensure all recruitment activity complies with CQC regulations and safer recruitment standards
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and support a smooth transition to onboarding
What We're Looking For
* Proven end-to-end recruitment experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of safer recruitment practices
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
* Experience in health and social care or a regulated environment is desirable, as is familiarity with CQC requirements
