Key Responsibilities
* Sales Execution & Market Development
o Assist in executing sales plans aligned with company goals.
o Support identification and follow-up of new business opportunities.
o Help gather market insights and customer feedback.
* Account Management & Customer Engagement
o Visit customers on site as required (expect 50% travel).
o Support account management and customer engagement activities.
o Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed
o Maintain good customer service and responsiveness.
* Collaboration & Sales Support
o Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
o Collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
o Update CRM records and assist with sales reporting.
Skills & Experience
* Essential:
* Experience and interest in B2B sales within manufacturing or related sectors.
* Experience or willingness to work in a collaborative sales team environment.
* Basic commercial awareness and eagerness to develop negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
