Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for people and process? We're working with a prestigious organisation in the education sector who are looking for a Part-Time HR Administrator to join their small, friendly HR team and support the smooth running of key HR processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collegiate and collaborative environment, providing essential support in recruitment, onboarding and general employee lifecycle administration.
Working closely with the Director of HR, you'll be involved in:
* Supporting recruitment activity including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
* Assisting with onboarding and leaver processes, ensuring a smooth experience for staff.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and inputting data into HR systems.
* Providing day-to-day administrative support across a broad range of HR functions.
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Previous experience in administration, HR or recruitment
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload independently
* Strong communication skills, with a calm and professional manner
* A high level of attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential matters
* A proactive and empathetic approach when dealing with staff across all levels
This is an on-site role based in central Cambridge, working two set days per week - Thursdays and Fridays, 08:30 to 17:00.
