Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Grimsby. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiries to finalizing transactions, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires staying updated on the latest vehicle models and features, maintaining vehicle displays, and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering professional service throughout the buying journey.
Qualifications
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and provide excellent service
* Sales and customer service expertise, including achieving targets and managing the end-to-end sales process
* Knowledge of vehicle products and features, with a willingness to stay updated on the latest models
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
* Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining records and managing inventory
* Valid UK driving license
* Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not essential
