As an Operator Recruiter, you will play a critical role in ensuring we provide our customers with the best service by sourcing and on-boarding the finest operators seamlessly. Responsibilities: Utilising the existing database to source operators Dealing with general day to day queries Being proactive in finding/screening new operators Ensuring all documents and references are verified Being well organised and planning ahead Building / Maintaining relationships with new / existing operators.
