If you are an organised, proactive, and people-focused individual, then this could be the role for you! We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team.
The Role
As a HR Administrator at Bradfield College, your duties will include:
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding, including ID and DBS checks
* Managing the HR inbox and responding to staff queries
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
* Assisting with payroll updates and HR documentation
* Contributing to HR projects and team initiatives
The position is a fixed term contract to December 2025, working full-time 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, office based in Bradfield, Berkshire. You will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle due to the rural location.
About You
You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, in addition to strong admin skills and keen attention to detail. You will be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and will be a team player with a can-do attitude and a sense of humour!
A CIPD Level 3 qualification is advantageous but not essential.
