That’s why we’re looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to help us find, attract, and engage top talent across the UK. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be at the heart of our hiring efforts, supporting multiple departments including Engineering, Finance, Operations, Transportation, and Technology. Your day-to-day will include: Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns across various functions. Using creative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates. Conducting pre-screen interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit. Championing a top-tier candidate experience, from first contact to onboarding. Collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce demands quickly and effectively. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in volume recruitment and pre-screening. A hands-on, solutions-focused approach - you're someone who gets things done. Confident using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source talent. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders. Super organised and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease. Full UK driving licence - national travel may be required.
