Alexander Steele is delighted to partner once again with a leading UK manufacturer experiencing strong growth. We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function at their Bedfordshire site.
The Role
You’ll manage and develop a skilled HR team, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and aligning people strategy with business goals. As the business continues to grow, you’ll play a key role in driving change management initiatives and enhancing organisational capability.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing the HR team
* Delivering effective change management and workforce planning
* Overseeing employee relations, policies, and engagement initiatives
* Driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategies
* Partnering with senior leaders to deliver evidence-based HR solutions
The Candidate
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on HR professional with:
* 5+ years’ experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager with people management experience
* CIPD qualification and strong employment law knowledge
* Proven experience leading HR teams and managing change
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience in manufacturing (preferred)
