The principals reside in London during the week and spend their weekends in Cambridgeshire, enjoying the peaceful surroundings of this picturesque market town. Known for its historic charm, rural beauty, and convenient links to Cambridge and Ely, Chippenham offers a quiet countryside lifestyle. The successful candidate must be trustworthy, reliable, and confident in cooking, driving, and managing household operations.
Working as a Housekeeper Cook in this residence involves providing part-time support to ensure the property is always well-kept and organised for the principals’ visits. Responsibilities will include cleaning, laundry, ironing, preparing healthy meals tailored to dietary preferences, and maintaining a well-stocked kitchen. The role also includes light household management such as overseeing contractors, as well as occasional errands. A driving licence is essential, as the family car (automatic transmission) will be provided for shopping and household duties.
Accommodation is provided within the house, offering a comfortable private bedroom for the successful candidate. The principals cover all expenses associated with the use of the lodging.

* Driving duties as required.
* Managing contractors and ensuring smooth running of the property.
Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper Cook job:
* Three or more years of private housekeeper experience
* Two excellent checkable references
* Conversational English
* UK working permit
