The role will be part of a small, but powerful HR and Recruitment team, and be responsible for providing end to end recruitment for a specific set of business stakeholders.

We are seeking a talented In House Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As an In House Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, fit and cultural alignment
* Coordinate and participate in face to face interviews with candidates
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
* Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
* Support wider HR team with onboarding
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
* Build candidate pipelines
* Provide regular Market data updates and benchmarking information
* Deliver recruitment training to hiring managers
Requirements
* Proven work experience as an In House Recruiter or similar role
* Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques, and bringing new ideas for new solutions to meet business needs
* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, and a thorough understanding of employment law and compliance with relevant regulations (ie GDPR) in recruitment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, and has the ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience of hiring field and office-based employees
* Industry experience is preferred but not essential
