Junior Power Platform Developer - Kent - £45,000
Nigel Frank is supporting a well-established UK-based organisation in their search for a Junior Power Platform Developer to join their growing IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about Microsoft technologies and looking to build hands-on experience with the Power Platform in a supportive environment.
You'll work alongside experienced developers and IT professionals to help build and maintain internal applications, automate business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
This role offers excellent exposure to modern Microsoft technologies and provides the chance to develop your technical skills while contributing to meaningful projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with internal stakeholders and senior developers to understand business requirements and support solution development.
* Assist in designing, building, testing, and deploying applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint.
* Support the development of automated workflows to streamline internal business processes.
* Help maintain and improve existing Power Platform solutions and internal systems.
Skills & Experience
* Some experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) through work experience, projects, or personal learning.
* Understanding of Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint.
* Strong interest in low-code development, automation, and digital transformation.
* A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
