An opportunity exists for a client-side Quality Manager on an iconic multi-billion infrastructure project in West Yorkshire.
Rail or civil engineering construction experience would be advantageous.
Your duties will, amongst others, include the following –
Contribute to initiatives focused on elevating quality standards and project outcomes.
Collaborate across project teams and internal departments to drive quality initiatives.
Conduct regular audits and reviews
Analyse quality data to identify trends
Identify root cause of NC, suggest corrective actions and close NC report
Foster a culture of accountability and excellence
Oversee a comprehensive quality assurance framework
Ensure adherence to quality regulations and standards
Identify potential risks to project quality and implement robust risk mitigation strategies
Lead quality collaboration efforts within the project sharing best practices and benchmarking best quality approaches
Requirement for this post include –
Suitable quality orientated tertiary qualification and preferably chartered (CQI)
Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 27001 / ISO (Apply online only) or similar)
Extensive experience in quality management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
Deep understanding of quality methodologies, standards, and regulations.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor.
Strong analytical skills to derive insights from quality data and drive informed decisions.
Problem-solving orientation with the capability to navigate complex quality challenges.
