We are working with a successful primary school federation in Birmingham recruiting for an HR Manager for an ASAP start. This role oversees HR operations across two local sites, providing a varied and rewarding workload.

The Role You will manage the end-to-end HR process for a large staff body, ensuring consistency in policy and practice across the federation.
* Start Date: ASAP (Full-time, Permanent)
* Key responsibilities include:
o Employee Engagement: Implementing staff voice surveys and wellbeing initiatives to improve retention and morale.
o Absence Management: Managing the federation’s sickness absence policy, including conducting occupational health referrals.
o Note Taking: Serving as the professional lead for governor-level HR hearings and appeals.
o Staff Development: Coordinating the performance management cycle and maintaining records of professional development (CPD).
* Salary Range: £34,800 – £46,500 (Regional Scale)
