The Role & Company
Working as the Site Manager overseeing an initial $5M new build education project, you will be given strong autonomy to deliver a quality project. This is a relatively small and straight-forward project and they are expecting you to handle the job seamlessly with minimal support. Typically, you could be managing projects $10 - $30M and will receive the appropriate support in terms of Site Supervisors & Labour. On this project, you will have a site-based CA and PM with a Labourer. It is a 7‑month build programme and you will be expected to have an excellent attitude to Safety, collaborate with Subcontractors to ensure best practice and demonstrate strong paperwork/IT skills through the use of Aconex & Hammertech.

Qualifications & Experience
You will have delivered new build or structural refurbishment projects in the commercial sector as a Site Manager within Sydney to a minimum of $5M
You will ideally have worked as a Tradesman and Site Supervisor/Foreman before progressing to Site Management
You will be professional, value the team ethic and recognise a good employer when you see one – they value humility and drive in their people
You will be looking for a career with a quality Builder and not just for the next pay rise
You must have full working rights in Australia with a history of working for Australian builders to be considered
