We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for our high-quality residential site in West Kirby. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, including coordinating contractors, monitoring materials, organising equipment and scheduling deliveries. You will supervise the onsite team, including construction workers, subcontractors and other on site staff. You will be a great problem solver with excellent communication skills.

Job Benefits
Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm
Annual leave is 23 days (plus 8 bank holidays) per year.
