Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join the APGP team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the management team as well as the clinical teams. This position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in HR systems, preferably with an HR qualification would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain employee sickness and training records ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Assist the Operations Manager with preparation with of the monthly payroll.
* Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews and associated correspondence.
* Preparation of Induction programmes for new staff, collating necessary paperwork ie proof of qualifications, DBS check, confidentaility agreement, issue of contract.
* Ass ist with on going health & safety checks, work station assessments
* Assist with the maintenance programme, recording and obtaining quotes for works to be carried out as specified
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance overall organisational effectiveness.
Experience
* Proven experience in a human resources role or administrative capacity is essential.
* Familiarity with EMIS, Microsoft Office and its applications
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with colleagues and visitors at all levels.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: From £15.68 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
