Site Manager / Senior Site Manager - New Build Care Home Project
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
Contract: Permanent or Fixed Term (Project Duration)
Project Details
* £7m Design & Build Care Home
* 70-week programme
* Project commenced January (demolition stage completed)
* Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk
The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing subcontractors and site teams
* Overseeing programme delivery and site progress
* Ensuring health & safety compliance
* Liaising with project stakeholders and reporting progress
* Maintaining quality standards throughout the build
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a main contractor
* Strong building construction background
* Civils or groundwork experience would be highly advantageous due to complex piled groundworks
* Ability to manage projects from early stages through to completion
* Ideally based within 30-45 minutes of Lowestoft
Package
* £55,000 - £60,000 salary
* Company car or car allowance

* Option to work permanently or on a temporary contract for the duration of the project
