Job Description:
RVT Group has an exciting opportunity for a Consultative Sales Executive - Industry to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will proactively seek out new opportunities with customers in the industrial sector across the UK, including industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, manufacturing, nuclear, and power stations, to deliver RVT solutions. You will develop and maintain high-level relationships with clients to gather information about their sites and current and future needs through high-level surveying.

Responsibilities:
* Identify the high-level needs of our industrial clients through timely surveying.
* Provide suitable solutions based on our key products.
* Collaborate with the internal business development team to generate new leads and opportunities.
* Prepare detailed reports for quoting, picking, and installation processes.
* Proactively pursue new customers and sites of interest via LinkedIn and HubSpot.
* Nurture high-level relationships with customers and client sites.
* Create presentations and proposals that highlight our offerings.
* Research geographically to maximize travel efficiency.
* Understand where RVT adds value while managing project risks.
* Attend tradeshows and networking events relevant to our target audience.
Requirements:
* Degree in an industry-related field: oil, gas, chemical, manufacturing, nuclear, or water.
* Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering qualification.
* At least 3 years of sales experience within the industry.
* Experience with extraction and ventilation systems.
* Occupational hygiene awareness.
* CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot.
* Full clean driving license.
