Site Manager – Bournemouth Clean Water Project
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a major clean water infrastructure project based in Bournemouth. This is a 12-month freelance opportunity for a skilled Site Manager with a strong background in water projects.
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for managing all site activities in Bournemouth, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of works including large-diameter pipeline installation and storage tank construction.
Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

Oversee all site operations as Site Manager on a clean water project in Bournemouth
*
Manage installation of clean water pipelines (600mm – 1000mm)
*
Supervise construction of reinforced frame (RF) water storage tanks
*
Coordinate all associated groundworks across the Bournemouth site
*
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
*
Manage subcontractors, site teams, and programme delivery
*
Maintain quality standards and project specifications
*
Liaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholders in Bournemouth
*
Produce site reports and documentation
Requirements for the Site Manager:
*
Proven experience working as a Site Manager on clean water projects
*
Strong experience with large-diameter pipe installation (600mm+)
*
Background in groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC/RF) frame construction
*
Valid SMSTS certification
*
CSCS Black Card (or equivalent)
*
First Aid qualification (preferred)
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple workstreams on a Bournemouth-based project
