My growing defence client is seeking a HR Administrator, reporting to the People Operations Advisor you'll provide administrative support to the People Operations function in line with Company policy and procedures. Please note this role is initially a 6-month fixed term contract. Key Accountabilities: - Provide administrative support to the People Operations team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all aspects of the employee lifecycle - Organise the company induction and administer compliance training to ensure all new joiners are inducted correctly. - Deal with routine People Operations related queries ensuring appropriate actions can be taken in a timely manner, escalating as necessary. - Administer recruitment tasks through the Applicant Tracking System to provide a positive candidate experience, scheduling interviews and providing feedback in a timely manner. - Collate, produce and distribute regular and ad hoc data, statistics and reports & administer the payroll and pension processes - Raise purchase orders through the company ERP system What we are looking for in you - Strong administrative experience, ideally within a people operations environment - Teamwork and Collaboration skills - Flexibility/Agility - Is open to change and is willing to be adaptable and flexible - Someone who supports and assists with implementation of new ideas - Great Communication skills - Is polite, considerate and tactful - Planning and Organization skills Why Join? - Fantastic career development opportunities in a growing defence organisation - Friendly & positive working environment - Competitive salary/benefits and flexible working options.
