We're supporting a leading UK insurer to scale a high-performing Claims technology tribe. You'll join a collaborative Agile squad to deliver change on a core Guidewire ClaimCenter platform used across the business. Expect real ownership, close partnership with Product, and the chance to shape engineering standards.
What you'll do
* Design, build and publish changes across ClaimCenter (config, integration, rules, UI).
* Write clean, secure, performant code with thorough unit tests and version control.
* Collaborate in Agile Scrum ceremonies; contribute to code reviews and knowledge-sharing.
* Partner with the Product Owner and business to deliver roadmap items that matter.
What you'll bring
* Commercial Guidewire v10 ClaimCenter experience.
* Strong Java/Gosu with REST/SOAP services and SQL; solid documentation and communication.
* Practical CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins), Git/Maven, and ideally Spring Boot/Hibernate.
* Any exposure to containers (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud (Azure/GCP), OAuth2/OIDC, app servers (Tomcat/JBoss) is a plus.
