Job Title: Labourer - (Kingston Hill) KT2 Job Description: We are looking for a reliable Labourer to assist with the cleaning of mould from student bedrooms and carry out minor redecorations at a student accommodation site in Kingston Hill. Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm £15.45 per hour - this includes your Hol pay Key Responsibilities: Clean and treat areas affected by mould Carry out basic redecoration and maintenance tasks Maintain a clean and safe working environment Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently Requirements: Previous welfare labouring experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable and hardworking attitude A DBS check will be carried out at the offer stage Location: Kingston Hill Contract: Temp to Perm
