Job Description

3. Provide administrative support across various HR processes and functions.
4. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing contracts and documentation.
5. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as required.
6. Coordinate and schedule training sessions and meetings within the Human Resources team.
7. Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews.
8. Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
9. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
10. Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

11. Previous experience in an administrative or Human Resources role, preferably in the professional services industry.
12. A solid understanding of HR processes and procedures.
13. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
