Your new company Regional contractor operating across building and maintenance with schemes including both commercial and residential, they have a strong reputation for delivering high quality work and a strong attention to detail. Your new role Working across projects in and around Cambridge, they now require a Site Manager, work to include build and refurbishments as well as some heritage work. As Site Manager you will oversee day to day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain strong communication with the project team, clients, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all on site construction activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the programme and quality Monitor progress, manage site documentation. Maintain exceptional quality control. Build strong working relationships.
