What you’ll do
* Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business for our health and safety solutions.
* Qualify and follow up on leads to build a robust sales pipeline, understanding client needs and proposing solutions.
* Manage communications with prospective customers to maximize conversion rates and achieve revenue goals.
* Foster strong relationships with internal teams for effective onboarding of new clients.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities within our product portfolio.
* Regularly update and cleanse sales data to ensure accuracy.
What you’ll need to be successful
* Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of the sales process and effective consultative sales conversations.
* Ability to navigate the sales cycle from discovery to closing deals.
* Experience in outbound B2B sales, following up leads to successful conversions.
