We're looking for a Trenchless Site Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you'll take the reins on a variety of trenchless projects-including Proactive Parcels, Reactive Schemes, and Infiltration Reduction Schemes -ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

* Lead Site Operations : Manage trenchless/CIPP projects from the ground up – pipe bursting, slip lining, and more.
* Champion Safety Compliance : Ensure all activities meet UK specifications, approvals, and health safety standards.
* Collaborate & Communicate : Liaise effectively with stakeholders, planners, and programme teams to deliver seamless project execution.
* Problem Solve on the Ground : Develop compliant, innovative solutions and oversee independent material testing to ensure quality.
* CDM Site Leadership : Support the creation of Construction Phase Plans and mentor site gangers with tools, training, and leadership.
About You
Proven Experience in trenchless construction, especially in pipe bursting and slip lining.
Deep knowledge of UK regulations, CDM obligations, and safety compliance.
Strong leadership and communication skills-you'll be a trusted point of contact onsite.
A proactive mindset with a solution driven approach to engineering challenges.
Willingness to travel to various sites across the UK. Full clean UK driving licence. Right to work in the UK is essential.
