The successful applicant will be working in the corporate support team of specialist employment solicitors providing employment and people related legal support to colleagues working in corporate and commercial transactions of all sizes. You will also have the opportunity to work in the specialist Recruitment and Workforce Solutions team dealing with status issues and receiving training to be able to deal with recruitment regulatory work. What you'll be doing - Working on corporate transactions providing advice and guidance to corporate colleagues and a wide range of clients involved in corporate transactions. - Dealing with TUPE issues, - Reviewing employment due diligence and drafting reports - Advising on associated employment liabilities and risk - Drafting employment documents and advising on settlement agreements. Candidate Profile - 5 years of relevant experience in employment law - Proven track record of independently managing corporate support work - Experience of dealing with issues relating to the use of self employed contractors and some knowledge of IR35 that would be advantageous, - Expertise in warranties, indemnities and corporate documents from an employment law perspective is preferred.
