Our client is on a journey of growth and are now seeking a Group HR Manager to lead the function across multiple businesses. You'll shape the HR strategy, partner with senior leadership, and drive a high-performance culture throughout the organisation.
What You'll Do
* Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business goals
* Partner with senior management across all business on people matters
* Lead talent, retention, and succession planning
* Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with employment law
* Drive learning, development, and engagement initiatives
* Manage compensation, benefits, and reward strategies
* Lead organisational change and development projects
What You'll Need
* Senior HR leadership experience in a multi-site or group environment within the manufacturing or engineering sector
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Proven track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives
* Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
* Experience in developing and harmonising cultures
Please note this is a site based role with some travel and you will need to split your time between sites.
