* Duties:

o Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards- Oversee and assist kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of dishes- Monitor food quality and taste for consistency- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items- Train new kitchen staff members Qualifications:

o Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting
*
o Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
*
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
*
o Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
o Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
*
