Job Description
* Leading the Secretarial & Business Support team to achieve strategic goals.
* Implementing customer service strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
* Analysing customer feedback and market trends to inform decision making.
* Developing strong relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and growth.
* Working closely with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
* Managing team performance and providing necessary training and development.
* Maintaining knowledge of FMCG industry trends and practices.
* Overseeing the creation and implementation of policies that enhance customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Success Manager should have:
* A degree in Business Management or a related field.
* Experience in a leadership role within the Secretarial & Business Support department.
* Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry.
* Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
* Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
