Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role
As a Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of our UK Defence portfolio, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on excellence, with an emphasis on detail. Your expertise in M&E will be a valuable asset as we embark on multiple projects within a secure facility.
What Will You Be Responsible For?
In this role, you will:
* Manage site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
* Maintain comprehensive site records and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
* Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, liaising with client SMEs to ensure compliance.
* Support procurement functions in selecting sub-contractors and provide performance feedback.
* Nurture and develop your team to create an inclusive workplace where diversity is encouraged.
What Are We Looking For?
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Have previous Site Management experience with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
* Enjoy collaboration and building relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Are comfortable working in a secure environment (SC Clearance level preferred, but we can assist with clearances).
* Hold a full driving license and are a UK/British Passport holder.
