Learning Mentor - Business Were looking for a part-time Learning Mentor Business to enhance the student experience by providing responsive, high-quality mentoring support within a vocational learning environment. Youll support students as they settle into their studies, build their confidence, and develop both academic and practical skills. Your role will help students make clear, positive progress toward their goals. Working closely with teaching staff and student services teams, you will contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment that enables every student to thrive and achieve their potential. About You Youll be an experienced mentor who can build positive, supportive relationships and relate well to young people. Strong communication, questioning and listening skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, manage your workload effectively and remain calm under pressure. Youll bring an understanding of vocational learning, safeguarding and student support, supported by accurate record-keeping, strong IT skills, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed.
