Overview
We're looking for a Retail Site Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of retail construction and fit-out projects. You'll lead on-site operations, coordinate trades, ensure H&S compliance, and drive projects to completion on time and to an exceptional standard. Additionally, you will manage day‑to‑day site activities across retail fit-out projects.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
* Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
* Maintain accurate site reports and communicate progress to project managers
* Deliver projects within programme timelines and budgets
Qualifications
* Proven experience in retail fit-outs or fast‑track construction
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* CSCS card (required)
* SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and other relevant certifications (preferred)
* Ability to problem‑solve and maintain high standards under pressure
