Job Description:
Velonetic, a collaboration between DXC Technology, the International Underwriting Association (IUA), and Lloyd's of London, with DXC as the major shareholder, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role involves driving sales processes, cultivating pipelines, and closing deals within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead sales efforts across the London Market Insurance industry, promoting BPS solutions.
2. Develop and communicate Velonetic’s value proposition and strategic proposals.
3. Create strategies for acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
4. Work closely with account and offering teams to meet growth targets.
5. Manage client relationships, leveraging an extensive network to identify opportunities, especially within C-Suite levels.
6. Prospect and nurture new BPS opportunities, guiding pursuits from start to finish.
7. Lead the sales cycle, delivering tailored BPS solutions to large or complex clients.
8. Achieve or surpass sales targets for the BPS offering.
9. Coordinate with pre-sales and client relations teams to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Skills Requirements:
1. Experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the Insurance or Lloyd's of London Market.
2. Proven ability to collaborate with account teams and close revenue opportunities.
3. Track record of meeting sales targets quarterly and annually.
4. Experience in the BPS consulting industry.
5. Knowledge of the competitive landscape in Insurance BPS sector.
6. Strong sales success record, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of engaging up to Board level.
8. Team leadership and collaboration skills, with willingness to travel.
9. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
