As the Supply Chain and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's supply chain operations, ensuring seamless performance monitoring, capacity analysis, and supply chain intelligence management. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in quality management, driving the eradication of non-conformities and the implementation of quality improvement plans. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyse suppliers' performance to optimise the supply chain - Conduct load and capacity analysis to maintain rate readiness - Manage supply chain intelligence and transfer of work processes - Oversee the industrialisation of design changes - Identify and address non-conformities through corrective actions - Implement and manage the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process - Define and execute risk mitigation plans to ensure operational resilience The ideal candidate will possess: - Extensive experience in supply chain and quality management within the aerospace industry - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - Proven problem-solving and crisis management abilities - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - Strong project management fundamentals This is a contract role running until the end of the year with the potential of extension.
