Job: Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved
Responsibilities
* First and foremost, Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers
* Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets
* Appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service
* Liaise with back office and work colleagues
Requirements
* A current full UK manual driving licence
* Experience working in a target‑driven environment
* Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Ability to work well under pressure and alone (lone working)
* Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
* Build lasting relationships with clients/customers
* Excellent administration and IT skills
