Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Porsche Dealership in Hull.
The hours of work are between 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week. Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £55,000.
As a Sales Executive with Listers, you’ll ensure that every customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lives. It’s about matching the right car with the customer and providing the features and add-ons they desire. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating a positive first impression.
2. Maximize opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound inquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet inquiries.
3. Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products to maximize profit.
4. Adhere to the company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data to enhance the customer database.
About You
1. Experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager may be beneficial.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
3. Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
4. Potential to build a successful career in the industry.
5. Valid UK driver’s license.
6. Motor trade, automotive, or dealership experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
