Site Manager North Devon | Negotiable Day Rate | 8am-5pm | Ongoing, Long Term | Freelance/Contract Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Site Manager to work with a well-known client in the solar farm industry. Projects will be based across the North Devon area. Key Duties: Liaise with trades on site. Manage labour and subcontractors. Oversee materials and deliveries. Ensure tasks are completed on time and to required standards. Carry out inductions for new site personnel. Follow and enforce health and safety procedures. Open and close the site daily. Requirements: Valid CSCS card. SMSTS certification. First Aid qualification. Extensive experience managing similar projects. Driven, hardworking, and able to take ownership of site operations.
