We’re looking for an experienced Integration Engineer who loves connecting systems and making data flow seamlessly between platforms. In this role, you’ll design and maintain secure, reliable API and webhook integrations that keep our systems in sync and our workflows running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in enabling real-time communication between internal tools and third-party platforms — for example, building a Stripe integration to process payments and setting up webhooks to notify us when transactions succeed, fail, or are refunded.
What You’ll Do
* Design, implement, and maintain integrations between internal systems and external APIs.
* Configure and manage webhooks for real-time updates and event-driven workflows.
* Ensure secure data exchange through proper authentication and encryption.
* Test, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations to maintain uptime and reliability.
* Build robust error-handling, retry, and logging systems to protect data integrity.
* Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Keep documentation clear, up-to-date, and easy to follow.
* Stay ahead of best practices in API and webhook design, scalability, and security.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
* Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, API Keys, and JWT authentication.
* Experience integrating platforms like Stripe, Salesforce, Adobe, or similar SaaS systems.
* Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for building and testing integrations.
* Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia) and version control (Git).
* A detail-oriented problem solver who values reliability, scalability, and clean documentation.
