We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global manufacturer with a well-established operation in Barnstaple, North Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join a forward-thinking business that supplies high-performance solutions across highly regulated sectors.
As Quality Manager you will be:
1. Leading and mentoring a dedicated Quality team to achieve best-in-class performance
2. Owning and managing the site’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
3. Designing and executing internal audits, ensuring compliance and continuous readiness
4. Acting as the primary interface with customers on quality concerns, driving robust resolution processes
