Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Quality Manager to work on one of our upcoming long-term construction projects in Exeter. Job Purpose and Scope: To support the project by advising on the measures required to identify and control quality risks and ensure the requirements of the Project Quality Management Plan and BYUK processes are implemented. Accountabilities and key tasks: Promote a Right First-Time approach to project delivery, and the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle of continuous improvement. Update and communicate the Project Quality Risk assessment. Manage quality risks and ensure compliance with the Quality Management Plan. Early engagement with sub-contractors to interrogate (and where required further develop) their own quality management systems. Participate in design reviews for buildability and compliance. Ensure package procurement scopes consider quality risks. Support package teams in the Pre-Start processes. Conduct supply chain inspections for compliance and resolve quality issues. Assist with Root Cause Analysis and manage the QA/QC Tracker. Assist in site audits and monthly quality reporting. Monitor Quality Verification Files and support audits. Provide quality inductions quality process training to project staff. About You: Ability to implement and develop QC processes & procedures on site. Relevant construction qualifications and site experience. Experience in planning for Identification/Management of Risk. IT skills. Excellent communication skills. CSCS registration / card.
