What You’ll Be Doing
6. Managing recruitment processes: posting job adverts, preparing interview packs, and coordinating candidate communications
7. Supporting onboarding: issuing offer letters, completing pre-employment checks, and setting up new starters in our HR system (iTrent)
8. Handling confidential data with accuracy and discretion
9. Responding to HR queries via phone, email, and in person
10. Maintaining trackers and reports to monitor progress and compliance
11. Collaborating with colleagues across HR and Payroll to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For
12. Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
13. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
14. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
15. Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
16. Experience with HR systems (e.g. iTrent) is helpful but not essential
17. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
Working Arrangements
This role is based full-time on-site at our Watford campus, with occasional travel to other campuses as needed.
