Interim HR Manager
Location: Nottingham & Leicester (Hybrid – 3 days per week on site, 2 days from home). Temporary.

We’re working in partnership with a well‑established organisation employing around 1,000 people across the UK. The business has built a people‑first culture and a fantastic HR team dedicated to delivering first‑class service to the wider business.
My client is seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to provide operational support across two key sites in Nottingham and Leicester. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services, supporting leaders through a period of transition, and driving engagement and performance across your sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main HR contact across both locations, supporting local leadership and employees.
* Manage and advise on employee relations, performance management, and engagement activity.
* Support organisational change, workforce planning, and leadership capability development.
* Lead on recruitment activity for your offices.
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support the wider HR Management team with any additional support if needed.
