Job Duties:
1. Provide academic and emotional support to students
2. Assist students in developing study skills and habits
3. Monitor and track student progress
4. Work with teachers to identify and address learning difficulties
5. Organise and facilitate mentoring sessions
Required Qualifications:
6. GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
7. Experience working with students in an educational setting
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
Knowledge and Skills:
9. Understanding of educational best practises
10. Ability to build rapport with students
11. Effective problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
12. Higher education qualifications in education or related field
13. Experience working as a mentor or tutor
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in an educational environment, primarily during school hours. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate student schedules or events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
